dc.description | Latar Belakang: Pelayanan di rumah sakit membutuhkan kinerja
perawat yang komprehensif dan profesional dalam peningkatan mutu rumah
sakit, beberapa faktor yang memengaruhinya yaitu kepemimpinan yang baik
dan motivasi. Mutu pelayanan Rumah Sakit Pratama Yogyakarta masih
belum sesuai harapan, yang berarti beberapa kinerja perawat perlu untuk
dilakukan perbaikan.
Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan crosssectional.
Sampel penelitian berjumlah 58 perawat, penentuan sampling
dengan total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang
telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Kuesioner terdiri dari 60 pertanyaan.
Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear ganda.
Hasil dan Pembahasan: Diperoleh uji t kepemimpinan 2,768
dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,008 menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan
berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat. Uji t motivasi 6,336 dengan tingkat
signifikansi 0,000 menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh terhadap
kinerja perawat. Nilai F hitung 26,515, signifikansi 0,000 menunjukkan
kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
kinerja perawat.
Kesimpulan: Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat,
motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat, kepemimpinan dan motivasi
secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja
perawat.

dc.description.abstract | Background: Hospital services require comprehensive and
professional performance of nurses in improving hospital quality, several
factors that influence it are good leadership and motivation. The service
quality of Pratama Yogyakarta Hospital is still not in line with expectations,
which means that some nurses' performance needs to be improved.
Method: Type of quantitative research with a cross-sectional
approach. The study sample consisted of 58 nurses, determination of
sampling with total sampling. The research instrument uses a questionnaire
that has been tested for validity and reliability. The questionnaire consists of
60 questions. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression.
Result and Discussion: Leadership t test 2.768 with a significance
level of 0.008 indicating that leadership influence the performance of nurses.
Motivation t test 6.336 with a significance level of 0,000 indicates that
motivation influence the performance of nurses. F value of 26.515,
significance of 0.000 shows leadership and motivation have a positive and
significant influence on nurse performance.
Conclussionss: Leadership influence the performance of nurses,
motivation influence the performance of nurses, leadership and motivation
together have a positive and significant influence the performance of nurses.
