      Abstract
      Background: Nursing care documentation is a written evident of nursing process that given to patient is very important to health care team, patient and hospital. The completeness of nursing care documentation at hospital X February in assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation that is incomplete. The purpose of this research is to know the factors that make influence to the completeness of nursing care documentation at hospital X. Method: This research type is analytical survey using cross sectional study with 89 samples of nurses was determined using systematic random sampling technique. Data analyzing using chi-square and multiple linier regressing. Result: The completeness of nursing care documentation is affected by knowledge, attitude and supervision. The availability of nursing facilities has no influence to the completeness of nursing care documentation. Knowledge, attitude, availability of facilities and supervision has influence to the completeness of nursing care documentation. The most influential variable on the completeness of nursing care documentation is supervision. Conclusion: Knowledge, attitude and supervision have influence to the completeness of nursing care documentation. The availability of facilities has no influence to it and the most influential one is supervision. Keywords: Nurses, Nursing Process, Nursing Care Documentation, Behavior.
