| dc.description | Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bappeda Kota Ternate. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja pegawai dan mengetahui Gaya kepemimpinan situasional yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Bappeda Kota Ternate. Adapun populasi yang dijadikan sampel berjumlah 60 orang responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan melakukan uji asumsi klasik. Salah satunya dengan melakukan pengujian Nilai R square untuk melihat koefisien determinasi. Uji T digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah secara parsial atau sendiri-sendiri variabel Gaya kepemimpinan situasional berpengaruh terhadap Variabel kinerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Gaya kepemimpinan situasional berpengaruh terhadap Variabel kinerja, hal itu dapat terlihat dengan tingkat signifikan dari variabel gaya kepemimpinan situasional 0.000 < 0.05. Dari hasil penelitian juga diperoleh koefisien determinasi atau adjusted r square dengan nilai 0,455 atau 45,5% yang berarti terdapat pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan situasional terhadap variabel kinerja sebesar 45,5% sedangkan 54,5% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian gaya kepemimpinan situasional yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kota Ternate adalah adalah variabel Telling–Directing (Instruksi) merupakan variabel yang mempunyai nilai koefisien regresi paling besar yaitu sebesar 0,284 dari pada koefisien variabel Telling–Directing (Instruksi), Selling – Coaching (Konsultasi) dan Delegating (Delegasi).

| dc.description.abstract | This research was conducted in the City of Ternate Bappeda. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of situational leadership style on employee performance and knowing the situational leadership style that most influences the performance of Ternate City Bappeda employees. The population used as a sample is 60 respondents. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression by testing classical assumptions. One of them is by testing the R square value to see the coefficient of determination. T test is used to determine whether partially or individually variable situational leadership style influences performance variables.
The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the situational leadership style variables affect the performance variable, it can be seen with a significant level of the situational leadership style variable 0.000 <0.05. From the results of the study also obtained the coefficient of determination or adjusted r square with a value of 0.455 or 45.5%, which means that there is an effect of situational leadership variables on the performance variable of 45.5% while the other 54.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study . The results of the situational leadership style research that most influences the performance of employees at the Ternate City Regional Development Planning Agency is that the Telling-Directing (Instruction) variable is the variable that has the greatest regression coefficient value of 0.284 rather than the Telling-Directing variable coefficient.
