This study aimed at explaining a quality of hadiss about the fatwas of murabahah, musyarakah, and wadi'ah of National Syari'ah Council. The method used is takhrij al-Hadith, which it reveals the hadis in the original books with fully isnaad and explains the degree of the quality of hadis. This study concluded that the hadis about murabahah: ( إِمنََّا الْبَ يْعُ عَنْ تَ رَاض ) is shahih, (… الصُّلْحُ جَائِزٌ بَ يَْْ الْمُسْلِمِيَْ ) is hasan or shahih or hasan shahih, ( مَطْلُ الْغَ يِِ ن ظُلْمٌ ) is shahih, ( لََُّ الْوَاجِدِ يُُِلُّ عِرْضَهُ وَعُقُوبَ تَه ) is hasan or shahih, (… ثَلََثٌ فِيهِ م ن الْبَ رَكَةُ الْب يْعُ إِلََ أَجَ ل ), ( أنه سُئِلَ رَسُول الله صَلمى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسلم عَن العربان فِِ البيع فأحلمه - - ), and ( ...ضَعُوا وَتَ عَ م جلُوا ) are dha'if. The hadis about musyarakah ( أَنََ ثََلِثُ ال م شرِيكَيِْْ مَا لََْ يََُنْ أَحَدُهَُُا صَاحِبَهُ فَإِذَا خَانَ خَرَجْتُ مِنْ بَ يْنِهِمَا ) shahih or hasan. And No hadis related with wadi'ah in fatwas of National Syari'ah Council.
