Based on the results of research conducted, the average value of 17,143 Mbps and nighttime 3,647 Mbps. This value is standard on TIPHON including the Excelent category with a range of values> 2.1 Mbps. The average daily value of jitter is 8,155 ms and at night 15,545 ms. This value is right on the TIPHON standard including the Good category with a range of 0-75 ms. The average value of morning and sick package loss is 0%. This value is based on the standard TIPHON with the perfect category with a value range of 0-2%. Based on the results of 3 measurement parameters, the Service Quality Index is 3.67 and is included in the Good category according to the TIPHON standard.
