Cost optimization and duration are really important for construction project in order to get maximum profit. Accelerating the project duration has the goal to avoid the delay of project’s completion. This delay would cause the contractors to get sanctions in the form of fine as agreed upon in the contract. Daily fine because of project’s delay is 1% of the contract. The most used maximum working hours (overtime) is 3 hours. Addition of working hours (overtime) must meet the regulations as workers productivity in general will decrease every hour. In order to analyze the data in this research, the program that is being used is Microsoft Project 2010 with the method duration cost trade off. The Microsoft Project 2010 program will generate a critical path and cost rising as an addition of working hours (overtime). The method of duration cost trade off will generate the acceleration of the duration and cost rising because of the duration has been accelerated in every work. The analysis that has been done gain a result the most optimum way is by adding 3 hours of overtime which is Rp.7.262.868.225,04 from the normal cost Rp.7.543.474.717,98. The acceleration of the duration becomes 155, 04 days from the normal duration which is 204 days. The difference of the cost is Rp.204.759.45, 93 and the difference of the duration is 48, 96 days.
