Road structure is commonly supported by a high bearing capacity of subgrade and fullfill the requirement and standard. Colluvium soil from Kulonprogo, DIY that used in this experiments is one of soil that need to be stabilized so this soil can be alternative material for sub-base road construction layer. One of effort that used for soil stabilization is with adding cement and fiber. This research is to review cement and fiber influence to CBR value with cement level 3%, 5% and 8% also fiber level that used is 0,4% from total mixture with soaked and unsoaked condition. Result shown that increase of cement content will increase CBR value, CBR value mixture cement and fiber also increased compare to CBR value mixture cement without fiber.
