dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran tingkat efektivitas komunikasi pemasaran melalui word of mouth yang dilakukan oleh nasabah pembiayaan BMT Dana Barokah Muntilan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara secara langsung dengan beberapa nasabah pembiayaan BMT Dana Barokah Muntilan dengan triangulasi dengan Koordinator Landing BMT Dana Barokah Muntilan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas komunikasi pemasaran melalui word of mouth nasabah BMT Dana Barokah Muntilan sudah tinggi atau bagus, dikarenakan setiap indikator yang dijadikan tolak ukur efektivitas komunikasi pemasaran melalui word of mouth terpenuhi atau dilakukan semua oleh nasabah pembiayaan BMT Dana Barokah. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This research aims to describe the effectiveness level of marketing communication through word of mouth implemented by financing customers in BMT Dana Barokah Muntilan. This research was a field research with descriptive qualitative method, conducted through direct interview with several financing customers of BMT Dana Barokah Muntilan. The triangulation was performed with the Landing Coordinator of BMT Dana Barokah Muntilan. The result shows that the effectiveness level of marketing communication through word of mouth implemented by financing customers in BMT Dana Barokah Muntilan has been high or good. This high level of effectiveness is due to the fact each indicator of the marketing communication effectiveness through word of mouth has been fulfilled or implemented by every financing customer in BMT Dana Barokah. | en_US |
