TINGKAT EFEKTIVITAS KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN MELALUI WORD OF MOUTH NASABAH PEMBIAYAAN BMT DANA BAROKAH MUNTILAN
Abstract
This research aims to describe the effectiveness level of marketing communication through word of mouth implemented by financing customers in BMT Dana Barokah Muntilan. This research was a field research with descriptive qualitative method, conducted through direct interview with several financing customers of BMT Dana Barokah Muntilan. The triangulation was performed with the Landing Coordinator of BMT Dana Barokah Muntilan. The result shows that the effectiveness level of marketing communication through word of mouth implemented by financing customers in BMT Dana Barokah Muntilan has been high or good. This high level of effectiveness is due to the fact each indicator of the marketing communication effectiveness through word of mouth has been fulfilled or implemented by every financing customer in BMT Dana Barokah.
