ANALISIS OPTIMALISASI PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA HYBRID BERBASIS PADA BEBAN DI PLTH BAYU BARU PANDANSIMO, BANTUL, DIY
Abstract
In Indonesia the development of renewable energy has been done but the electrical energy generated has not been large and cannot replace electricity from PLN. The development of a pilot utilization of renewable energy is the Bayu Baru Hybrid Power Plant (PLTH) in Pandansimo, Bantul, DIY. This PLTH is a combination of solar energy and wind energy.
PLTH has a lot of problems regarding its energy source, equipment and distribution of electric energy, so that the electricity produced is not fully optimized yet. This research is conducted as an effort to know the optimal value that should be produced by the system and the optimal value value currently produced by the operating system, so it can be used as consideration to improve the optimization of PLTH system.
The result obtained is the comparison of electrical energy that PLTH system should produce with electric energy which is currently produced by PLTH system, so from those values can be known level of optimization of PLTH system. The calculation is done using Homer software.
