PERANCANGAN STRUKTUR GEDUNG SEKOLAH TAHAN GEMPA DENGAN STRUKTUR ATAP BETON DI KABUPATEN BANTUL
Abstract
In Indonesia, especially in the Special Region of Yogyakarta a natural disaster that often happens is earthquake. This earthquake is the movement of the earth's surface because of the seismic waves released by energy from within the earth's layers. A building, especially a school building as a public place is very vulnerable to cause casualties resulting from this earthquake. At the time of the earthquake, a building must not be directly collapsed but its must give the users time to save themselves. That required design of earthquake resistant school building structure so that users can get safety and comfortable. In this research we used SAP2000 to model the structure of loaded buildings according with SNI 1726-2012 as regards earthquake load, SNI 1727-2013 as regards for the building load and SNI 2847-2013 as regards structural concrete requirements. The results obtained from this research are the main structural analysis that can be used to restrain earthquake load in Bantul district.
