Information Technology is one of the study programs at the University Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY). At present, the submission of information about invitations is still manual through whatsapp group, this becomes inefficient in terms of time and energy to search and review the invitation information if it is stacked with a new message. So, the study program needs a system that is able to convey and carry out management on the information about invitations so that it becomes more well structured to be used as an archive. Therefore, the author designed an application in the form of a website where in the application can administer the management process to the invitation data and deliver information about invitation via email. Users can receive the information via email message and can view their invitation list on the website page. From the results of testing using the Black Box Testing method that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the Archive Invitation Management System has fulfilled the purpose of the research to be used properly, as evidenced by the proper functioning of the application.
