University of Muhammadiyah of Yogyakarta (UMY) is the one biggest private university which has a lot of information specially for employee's data that is increasing every year because of hiring new. However, The data still uncompleted until they hard to analyse and affected to taking decision slowly.The purpose of this research is to make staffing dashboard which used for helping to make data analysis till being support in process taking decision.The method for this research is approaching "Roadmap" which has six phase.There are : Justification phase, it will identify the problem. Planning phase, it will determine how to make and complete the dashboard.Business Analysis phase,it will analyse information to the data. Design phase,it is for designing the ETL using NDS + DDS architecture. Construction phase,it will choose the tool. Implementation phase,it will apply BI aplication and analyse the output of applying the dashboard. The result of this research are Dashboard of functional position, Dashboard of Structural position, Dashboard of educators, Dashboard of increasing human resource to analyse employee's data and help to fill accreditation form specially standard 4 for human and resource.
