The research aims to analyze the influence of bank health ratio with RGEC method on company value (Case Study on Banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016). This research is a replication of previous research by Hidayat (2014) with purposive sampling technique in data collection. The data obtained from secondary data annual report 38 banks listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2012-2016. Data analysis was done by multiple linier regression and analysis tool used was eviews7. The test result show that the risk profile has a positive and insignificant effect on the value of the company, while good corporate governance, earning, and capital have a positive and significant impact on company value.
