PEMBUATAN MODEL ROBOT LINE FOLLOWER AUTOMATIC GUIDE VEHICLE (AGV) BERBASIS ARDUINO UNTUK KEPERLUAN PENYUSUNAN BARANG PADA WAREHOUSE
Abstract
The development of the industrial revolution was very rapid in the industrial era 4.0 with advanced technology now helping to ease human work. The problem that often occurs in the industry is handling of material transferring goods from one place to a place that still many using of human power. Material handling is currently carried out by human resources, accidents often occur / human errors that can cause the production and efficiency of moving goods less efficiently. To reduce and report human accidents / errors spent on the process that is being made by the Model of Line Follower Automatic Guide Vehicle (AGV) based on Arduino for the purpose of preparing goods at the warehouse.
In the process of making an arduino-based line follower robot, the microcontroller is an arduino atmega 2560. The sensor is a photodiode sensor as a tracking path for robots and an ultrasonic sensor as a barrier detector in front of the robot. The motor which is a directed DC motor is 500Rpm 4kg as a mechanical robot and has a motor driver to adjust the DC motor rotation speed. Mechanical speed settings, photodiode sensor, ultrasonic sensor and robotic stopping lines have been pre-programmed through the arduino atmega 2560. microcontroller. This robot has an automatic trolley behind it as a transporter of goods.
From the results of making a line follower robot with 2mm acrylic body robot material and robotic machine 18cm x 19cm x 7cm. The robot components are attached to the robot body and the layout of the components that have been designed beforehand. Manufacture of trolley using 4x2 hollow iron with trolley dimensions 30cm x 20cm 45cm.
