Abstract
Muhammadiyah University Yogyakarta is one of the universities in Indonesia. Every college must have graduated or commonly called alumni. Alumni have a very important role in the development of education, therefore it is important to monitor or inform alumni as a mirror of quality and quality improvement of the college itself. Since 2011 monitoring alumni have become one of the requirements for the college accreditation process by BAN-PT as a material for performance evaluation. To get information or monitoring graduates at the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta is a Tracer Study. At present, the Study Tracking applies questionnaires as a tool to monitor alumni submitted by the alumni. However to get information, alumni data that have now been not integrated. The solution provided is to build a data warehouse using NDS architecture. This data warehouse is created so that data is integrated and stored on a computer system so that it can be easily checked using a computer program to obtain information needs. The research methodology that is implemented starts by determining the database subject, defining needs, creating a data warehouse, making the analysis of the data warehouse (report). At the stage of defining needs is done by analyzing documents and interviews with Student and Alumni Development Institutions (LPKA). The construction of a data warehouse refers to the NDS architecture which has three data stores namely Stage, NDS, and DDS. Database analysis is done by building a dashboard on Power BI that suits the needs of users. Testing is done in two ways, namely ETL Testing for data in the system in accordance with the data in the data warehouse Functional testing as a data warehouse capability tester that has met the needs of users or not. A data warehouse and dashboard reporting database have been created and can meet LPKA's needs to support alumni data management as an accreditation process
