HUBUNGAN ANTARA RIWAYAT KELUARGA DENGAN DIFERENSIASI HISTOLOGI KANKER PAYUDARA
Abstract
Histologic differentiation is one of the best prognostic for breast
cancer, which is a morphological assessment of tumor biological characteristics
and has been shown to produce important information related to clinical behavior
of breast cancer with differentiation I (good), II (moderate), III (bad). Family
history is one of the prognostic factors for breast cancer patients because of the
various genes that are passed down through family history there are BRCA 1,
BRCA 2 and p53 genes can be observed and a prognostic factor on how the
development of the cancer. Knowledge of family history relationship with
histologic differentiation can be used as prognostic factor and therapy
implementation. This research is aimed to find out whether there is a relationship
between family history with histologic differentiation on female breast cancer.
Methods : This study used a cross sectional design of 37 patients with a diagnosis
of breast cancer that has been done histopathologic examination and family
history data taken from the medical record. With the period from 6 March to 6
June 2017 at Panembahan Senopati General Hospital in Bantul. Analysis using
data with Chi-square test done gradually include univariate and bivariate analysis.
Result : Number of samples were 37 people with age range 28-75 years with
demographic age <50 years counted 15 (40.5%), age> 50 years was 22 (59.5%).
Histology differentiation was 0 (0%), histology differentiation was 18 (48.6%)
people, and histology differentiation III were 19 (51.4%) people, and there were
family history 15 (40.5%) people, and no family history as many as 22 (59.5%)
people. The value of statistical test of association between histologic
differentiation with family history of breast cancer showed no significant result (p
= 0,297).
Conclusion :There was no association between family history and histologic
diferensiasi of breast cancer.
