area infections. Antibiotiks should be administreted on a rational base due to the
growing bacterial resistance (Gyssens, 1999). So, the WHO and Europian

in the form of percentages.
In this study, a description of prophylactic antibiotiks was obtained
including ceftriaxone (89%), cefotaxime (10%), levofloxacin (1%), administration
time 1-30 minutes (44%), route of administration (100%) intravenously, and the
duration of administration is given a single dose of ≤24 hours (100%). The
rationality of prophylactic antibiotik use according to EAU in 2015 is
inappropriate indication (24%), inappropriate drug (0%), according to the RS
Formulary the dose used is 100% correct, and the clinical condition of all
patients (100%) is considered appropriate
