This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of the number of labor, investment and tourism to economic growth in Maluku Province and to determine what factors among the three variables that have the most dominant influence on economic growth in Maluku Province. In this study, there are 44 panel data consisting of 11 districts / cities from 2012-2015, which is obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Maluku Province. The analysis tool used is the Data Panel Method. Based on the results of variable analysis of the number of labor and investment have a positive and significant impact on economic growth while tourism variables have a negative and not significant influence on economic growth in Maluku Province.
