Cervical cancer is the second common cancer after breast cancer in Indonesia. To prevent cervical cancer, early screening is needed such as pap smear examination. The result of the pap smear is affected by some factors, one of them is parity. The purpose of the study was to find out the significant association between parity and the use of contraception with the result of pap smear. This research used case -control study. Subject were reproductive woman who had pap test at Asri Medical Center on 2013- 2014.
