PENGARUH ETIKA KERJA ISLAM DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN NASABAH BANK BRI SYARIAH KANTOR YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
Sharia Bank is a solution for customers who not only want financial profit but also religious morals espescially for the religion of Islam and for other religions as an alternative. BRI Syariah comes as a solution to overcome the problems of conventional banking so far. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic work ethics and quality service variables towards customer satisfaction at Bank BRI Syariah Yogyakarta.
The research used questionnaires with customers of Bank BRI Syariah subject of 150 respondents. The result of research shows that Islamic work ethic dan quality of service has positive significant effect on customer satisfaction. The determinant obtained is 0.103, meaning that the work ethic of Islam and customer satification supports 10.3% towards quality of service. This at once confirms other variables not studied in this study amounted to 89,7%.
