SIMULATOR BPM UNTUK FETAL DOPPLER
Abstract
Fetal Doppler is a diagnostic tool used to detect baby’s pulses in the womb. Fetal heart rate (FHR) is an indicator in an obstetric examination that indicates that there is life in the womb of a mother. Therefore, the Fetal Doppler device used must display an accurate BPM so that there are no errors in examination. For this reason, calibration must be done on Fetal Doppler with a fetal calibrator device, named fetal simulator. According to the standard equipment in the Health Facility Safeguard Station (LPFK) the outputs used are 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, and 240 BPM. This study aims to create a BPM Simulator for Fetal Doppler with the addition of BPM selection of 60 to 240 with an increase of 30 using solenoid as a substitute for heart rate and other supporting electronic circuits. On BPM 60 measurement there is an error value of 0.027%, on BPM 90, it has an error value of 0.034%, on BPM 120, it has an error value of 3.3%, on BPM 150, it has an error value of 0.031%, on BPM 180, it has an error value of 0.031%, on BPM 210, it has a value error of 0.019%, and the smallest error value of 0% at the BPM 240 measurement point. The BPM simulator for Fetal Doppler can function well because it has an error value below ± 5 tolerance for BPM on Fetal Doppler.
