| dc.description | Perkembangan informasi dan teknologi memiliki peran penting dalam era komunikasi. Facebook sebagai konten media sosial masih menjadi peringkat pertama yang sering dikunjungi oleh masyarakat Indonesia untuk mengakses banyak informasi. Kemunculan facebook memicu muncunya berbagai akun komunitas-komunitas di facebook salah satunya adalah akun facebook Info Cegatan Jogja. Penelitian ini berfokus pada tingkat kepercayaan followers terhadap informasi di akun facebook Info Cegatan Jogja. Objek penelitian ini adalah para followers akun facebook Info Cegatan Jogja Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan menyebarkan kuisioner menggunakan media online yaitu Google Drive dengan jumlah minimum sebanyak 277 sampel. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 4 indikator dimana masing-masing indikator merupakan elemen yang membentuk tingkat kepercayaan. Masing-masing indikatornya yaitu believability (dapat dipercaya), accuracy (keakuratan), bias dan completness (kelengkapan). Dari seluruh indikator tersebut diketahui bahwa believability memberikan peranan besar dalam membentuk tingkat kepercayaan responden sebanyak (80%). presentase indikator yang paling rendah dalam membentuk tingkat kepercayaan responden adalah accuracy yaitu sebesar 64%. Akun Icj dianggap akurat karena tidak memuat berita bohong, tidak ada perbedaan antara informasi yang dimuat dengan fakta yang ada, dan informasi yang diunggah bukan dari opini masyarakat. Namun beberapa unggahan akun facebook Icj dianggap masih banyak yang belum menyertakan sumber berita, pada unggahan akun facebook Icj terkadang masih banyak unggahan berita bohong dan menyebabkan pro-kontra antar followers akun facebook Icj. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The development of information and technology has an important role in the era of communication. Facebook as social media content is still the first rank that is often visited by Indonesian people to access a lot of information. The emergence of Facebook triggered the appearance of various community accounts on Facebook, one of which was a Facebook account, Jogja's Prevention Info. This study focuses on the level of trust in followers of information on a Facebook account Jogja Prevention Info. The object of this research is the Facebook account followers Jogja Ceg Info This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The researcher collected data by distributing questionnaires using online media namely Google Drive with a minimum number of 277 samples.
