TINGKAT KEPERCAYAAN FOLLOWERS TERHADAP INFORMASI DI AKUN FACEBOOK (ICJ) INFO CEGATAN JOGJA
Abstract
The development of information and technology has an important role in the era of communication. Facebook as social media content is still the first rank that is often visited by Indonesian people to access a lot of information. The emergence of Facebook triggered the appearance of various community accounts on Facebook, one of which was a Facebook account, Jogja's Prevention Info. This study focuses on the level of trust in followers of information on a Facebook account Jogja Prevention Info. The object of this research is the Facebook account followers Jogja Ceg Info This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The researcher collected data by distributing questionnaires using online media namely Google Drive with a minimum number of 277 samples. In this study there are 4 indicators where each indicator is an element that forms the level of trust. Each indicator is believability, accuracy, accuracy and completeness. Of all these indicators, it is known that believability plays a large role in forming respondents' trust level (80%). the lowest indicator percentage in forming respondents' trust level is accuracy, which is 64%. The Icj account is considered accurate because it does not contain hoaxes, there is no difference between the information contained in the facts, and the information uploaded is not from public opinion. But there are still many uploads of Icj's facebook account that still don't include news sources, sometimes uploading Icj's facebook account often uploads false news and causes the pros and cons of Icj's Facebook account followers.
