ANALISIS CRANE HIDROLIK DENGAN SISTEM ELEKTRIK UNTUK APLIKASI BENGKEL
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to assemble power packs and apply them to crane devices to find out how much pressure is needed to lift a load. Crane here is intended for car workshops used to lower the engine when making repairs. Powerpack serves as a generator of fluid fluid flow to all components of the hydraulic system to make it easier when carrying out heavy lifting activities.
The author examines what fluid pressure is needed to move the hydraulic cylinder. This study uses a pressure gauge to find out how much pressure is needed to move the hydraulic cylinder.
The tool used for the manufacture of automatic hydraulic cranes is 1 electric motor, 3450 rpm and 2 tons hydraulic cylinder. The burden to be examined is from the weight of 40 kg, 60 kg, 80 kg, 100 kg. The pressure needed to lift an 80 kg load reaches 250 psi and 100 kg load reaches 300 psi, then the more weight the load will lift, the greater the pressure needed
