Abstract
Health care is an effort to prevent and prevent health problems. One of the many causes of disrupted health is the problem of obesity or obesity, and the problem of obesity is the most common among local communities even in the world. This study aims to create and design height and weight measuring instruments and body mass index objects with display results on the LCD and stored on the SD card. The maximum height of the ultrasonic sensor that can be measured is 200cm and on the sensor the maximum load cell weight that can be measured is 150kg, in making the tool all systems are controlled by the Arduino Uno minimum system. From the research conducted on 5 people as the measurement object, the results of the measurement of the average body weight of 51.76 kg with an average error percentage of 0.6% and an average height of 159.4 cm with an average percentage error of 0.2%. After general research, it can be concluded that the Medichal Healthy Detection device can be used properly and is still within the tolerance threshold value of + - 1%.
