Abstract

In the process of forming these materials will be assisted with the tools that will give style press to menguah form on the metal plate of sheet material with suitable geometry and shape tools , therefore designed engine Bead Roller to help the process and expedite the work compared to work manually.
Here the author uses Design Software Autocad 2014. design process i.e. designing frame Bead Roller, choose components, and assemble electrical machines. The result of the architecture will be shown with the process and working test engine Bead Roller.
Architecture machine Bead Roller uses the Dynamo with the power of 1/2HP voltage AC, iron frame thickness of 1.2 cm, and use the reducer comparison 1:100. The use of components such as shafts, bearings,Tools, sprocket using pemillihan an economical and easily obtained. -Use of the electric motor of the machine used to make the Bead Roller is not operated manually.
