| dc.description | Film merupakan salah satu dari media massa yang menyajikan sebuah cerita berupa bahasa suara dan bahasa gambar. Pembuat film mempunyai harapan dalam setiap film yang diproduksinya dapat membuat masyarakat merasa terhibur dan masyarakat dapat menikmati. Banyak fenomena sosial yang menjadi inspirasi untuk ide dalam sebuah film. Saat ini di Indonesia berpenduduk mayoritas Islam, sehingga isu-isu tentang Islam (isu Religi) sangat menarik untuk diangkat dalam sebuah film. Salah satunya dalam film Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 yang mempunyai representasi tentang identitas Islamophobia di Eropa. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana representasi identitas Islamophobia dalam film Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 dengan melakukan analisis semiotik melalui metode Roland Barthes. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis makna melalui denotasi, konotasi, serta mitos yang terdapat di dalam film Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2. Hasil dari analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa representasi identitas Islamophobia di Eropa sangatlah mayoritas dan berkuasa di negara Eropa. Stereotype masyarakat Eropa terhadap identitas Islam merupakan agama yang ekstremisme, teroris, dan juga kekerasan. Berdiri dari stereotype, medorong setiap individu berprasangka negatif. Sehingga dari adanya stereotype dan prasangka tersebut dapat mendorong terhadap tingkah laku untuk mengisolasi dan mengdeskriminasi terhadap identitas Islam. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Film is one of social media that present a story in the form of sound language and picture language. The film maker have hope in every film he produces, can make peoples entertained and enjoy it many social phenomena that can be inspiration for ideas in film. This time in Indonesia is Muslim majority population, so that issue about Islam (Religi Issue) very interesting to be appointed in a film. The one is Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 film that have representation about Islamophobia identity in Europe. In this research is aim to find out how is representation of Islamophobia identity in Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 film by conducting semiotic analysis through the Roland Barthes method. This research will be analysis the meaning through denotation, connotation, and the myth contained in Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 film. The results of the analysis from this study show that representation of Islamophobia identiy in Europe is very majority and powerfull in Europe countries stereotype of the Europe community toward Islam identity is are religion of extremism, terrorist, and violence too. Stand out from the stereotype, encourage each individual to be negative. So, from the existence of these stereotype and prejudies can encourage behavior to isolated and discriminated against Islam identity. | en_US |
