In its implementation, the alumni data collection process at UMY has not used a computerized system. The CDC information system owned by UMY only contains information about the job fair. Even this information system does not have enough features to meet the needs of the admin in carrying out the process of collecting data and feedback from alumni. In order for the admin's work in the computerized alumni data management, the author develops the Tracer Study information system at UMY. In general, the development of this information system is able to make CDC UMY admin work faster and save time, improve admin performance in performing services, reduce paper usage, reduce expenditure costs, and facilitate data access.
