| dc.description | This paper aims to analyze the role of Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) as a new track of diplomacy in responding to global humanitarian issues which turns out to influence the humanitarian diplomacy of Indonesia. According to multi-track diplomacy concept, ACT has roles as an alternative track and a complement in responding to global humanitarian issues by the involvement of their professionals and activists.
