This paper aims to analyze the role of Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) as a new track of diplomacy in responding to global humanitarian issues which turns out to influence the humanitarian diplomacy of Indonesia. According to multi-track diplomacy concept, ACT has roles as an alternative track and a complement in responding to global humanitarian issues by the involvement of their professionals and activists. Also, all of their activities could eventually influence and inspire the Indonesian government to run further in responding to the global humanitarian issues.
