Background: Autism is a disturbance of complex developmental that is typically appears during the first three years of life. The characteristic that is appeared are disturbance of social interaction, disturbance of behavior, disturbance of communication, disturbance of cognitive response. The average rate of autism the word is 6/1,000 people in the world with autism. Therefore we need a new therapy to improve the growth of children autism. Objective: To know the effect of murottal Surah Al-Mulk toward the ability social interaction. Methods: The study is quantitative using pra experimental method with one grup pretest posttest design.Total sampling was conducted to choose 12 autism. Data was analized by Paired T-test. Results: The results of the Paired T-test was murottal theraphy of pretest and posttest is ρ-value 0.80 (ρ>0.05). Conclusion: This study showed that there was no effect of murottal theraphy toward the ability of social interaction among autism children Suggestion: For the next research, the researcher should include the control grup, and add the number of respondents
