The Library of Masjid Gedhe Kauman was established in 1982. At that time led by young activists from Muhammadiyah and also its youth, the Library of Masjid Gedhe Kauman grew rapidly and became the pioneer of the mosque library in Yogyakarta, and as a result of the rapid development of the Library of Masjid Gedhe Kuman, in 1995 the Library of Masjid Gedhe Kauman in Yogyakarta once received the title of the best provincial-level mosque library in Yogyakarta and is now starting to improve to be even better. After several years of vacuum and finally starting to return to being active again in 2015, to be the best library in Yogyakarta, of course it will be a very difficult challenge like in 1995. Because of this, library administrators and volunteers are making repairs, revamping, improving services and new collections of books, and promoting libraries. But because of the guest book filling system in the library that is still manual, I took the initiative to make a thesis research entitled " THE VISITOR DATA INPUT SYSTEM LIBRARY OF MASJID GEDHE KAUMAN BASED ON WEB USING BARCODE SCANNER" in order to contribute to repairs, revamping, and improving of information system services in the Library of Masjid Gedhe Kauman. This research method uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall model. The tools used are XAMPP, Sublime Text 3 and the phpMyAdmin Database. The programming language used is PHP with the LARAVEL framework and HTML. With the making of the Library of Masjid Gedhe Kauman application is expected to facilitate the work of the library management so that the efficiency and effectiveness of the performance in the library can be further improved and accelerate the service of administrators to inputting and recapitating visitors' guest books.
