This research is supposed to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, budgeting participant and budgeting transparency towards managements’ performance. Sampel of this research consist of 72 head and subhead departments of Bantul regency government. It uses Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) an analytical tool. This research concludes that leadership style, motivation, budget target clarity have positive influence to managements’ performance and budgeting participation have no effect on performance of managerial performance
