This research aims to analyze the influencing factors of mudharabah growth in Indonesia's and Malaysia's Islamic banks. The population in this research are Islamic banks which have been recorded in the Financial Service Authority and banks in Malaysia year 2013-2017. The sampling method that used in the research is purposive sampling method with a total sample of 13 Islamic banks in Indonesia and 16 Islamic banks in Malaysia. The analytical method used in this research are multiple regression and chow test using SPSS 16.0. Based on the analysis which carried out in Indonesia, the method shows the variable of liquidity and share are positively affecting the results for collecting mudharabah deposits. Nevertheless, the variable interest rates and inflation are not the affecting factors for the collection of mudharabah deposits. Meanwhile, in Malaysia, the variable of liquidity, profit sharing, and interest rates have a positive impact on the collecting of mudharabah deposits, while inflation does not affect the collection of mudharabah deposits. The research found the different effect of liquidity, profit sharing, interest rates, and deposits on the collecting mudharabah deposits in Indonesia and Malaysia.
