| dc.description | Banyak sekali faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat literasi keuangan mahasiswa.
Dalam penelitian ini faktor yang akan diteliti berasal dari faktor demografi. Studi
penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah jenis kelamin, indeks prestasi
komulatif, lama kuliah, dan tempat tinggal berpengaruh terhadap literasi keuangan
mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Metode
penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dan instrumen
angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan mahasiswa
dipengaruhi oleh faktor demografi berupa jenis kelamin, IPK, lama kuliah dan
tempat tinggal. Hasil R Square menunjukkan angka 24,5%. Hal ini diindikasi
terdapat variabel diluar faktor demografi tersebut yang mempengaruhi literasi
keuangan. Hasil temuan ini diharapkan ada penambahan veriabel diluar faktor

| dc.description.abstract | There are so many factors that affect the level of student financial literacy. in this
study the factors that will be examined come from demographic factors. This
research study aims to determine whether gender, cumulative index, duration of
study, and place of residence influence financial literacy of students of the Faculty
of Economics, Muhammadiyah University, Yogyakarta. This research method is
quantitative with data collection techniques and questionnaire instruments. The
results of the study show that student financial literacy is influenced by
demographic factors such as gender, GPA, length of study, and residency. the
results of R Square show the number 24.5%. this is indicated that there are
variables outside of these demographic factors that influence financial literacy.
The results of this finding are expected to add variables beyond demographic
