ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA DI PROVINSI KEPULAUAN RIAU TAHUN 2010-2017
Abstract
The human development index is an indicator to measure success in efforts
to build the quality of human life. This study aims to examine the effect of
economic growth rates, district/city minimum wages, government spending in the
field of health and government spending in the field of education on the human
development index in Riau Island Province in 2010-2017. The variables uses in
this study are Economic Growth (PE), District/City Minimum Wages (UMK),
APBD Health (PK) and APBD Education (PP). The analysis used in this research
is Data Panel Model and Error Component Model (ECM) approach. This
approach aims to analyze the effect of IPM.
Based on the results of the analysis used in this study, the UMK and APBD
Education variables have a positive and significant influence on the HDI. While
the Economic Growth (PE) variable has no significant positive effect on the HDI
and APBD Health (PK) does not have a significant negative effect on HDI.
