| dc.description | Waktu dan biaya merupakan faktor yang sangat berpengaruh dalam kegagalan dan keberhasilan satu proyek. Keberhasilan suatu proyek dilihat pada tolak ukur penyelesaian proyek tersebut yang singkat dengan biaya yang minimal tetapi tidak melupakan mutu hasil akhir suatu pekerjaan. Ada berbagai cara yang dilakukan untuk menghasilkan proyek yang efektif dan efisien salah satunya dengan cara melakukan perbandingan durasi dan biaya dalam penambahan jam kerja lembur pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Analisis data menggunakan program Microsoft Project 2016 dengan metode Duration cost trade off. Hasil dari program Microsoft Project 2016 adalah lintasan kriris dan kenaikan biaya akibat dari penambahan jam kerja (lembur) sedangkan hasil dari metode Duration cost trade off adalah percepatan durasi dan kenaikan biaya akibat percepatan durasi dalam setiap kegiatan yang dipercepat.
Hasil analisis dapat dilihat bahwa pada kondisi normal total biaya sebesar Rp 1.510.658.380,09 dengan durasi 180 hari. Dan hasil analisis pada kondisi lembur 2 jam didapat harga yaitu Rp 1.518.585.267,63 dengan durasi total 152,25 hari lebih efektif 15,42 % dari durasi normal, untuk penambahan jam lembur 4 jam didapat harga yaitu Rp 1.549.568.296,46 dengan durasi 137,40 hari lebih efektif 23,67 % dari durasi normal dan pada penambahan jam lembur 6 jam didapat harga yaitu Rp 1.596.367.463,60 dengan durasi 129,19 hari lebih efektif 28,23%. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Time and cost are very influential factors in the failure and success of a project. The success of a project is seen in the benchmark for short completion of the project at a minimal cost but not forgetting the quality of the end result of a job. There are various ways in which to produce effective and efficient projects, one of them is by comparing the duration and costs in addition to overtime hours in the implementation of construction projects. Data analysis using the Microsoft Project 2016 program with the Duration cost trade off method. The results of the Microsoft Project 2016 program are crystalline trajectories and cost increases due to the addition of working hours (overtime) while the results of the Duration cost trade off method are duration acceleration and cost increases due to the acceleration of duration in each accelerated activity.
The results of the analysis can be seen that in normal conditions the total cost is Rp. 1,510,658,380.09 with a duration of 180 days. And the results of the analysis on the 2 hours overtime condition obtained the price of Rp. 1,518,585,267.63 with a total duration of 152.25 days, which is more effective 15.42% of the normal duration, for the addition of 4 hours overtime, the price is Rp. 1,549,568,296.46 with duration of 137.40 days is 23.67% more effective than the normal duration and the addition of 6 hours overtime is the price of Rp. 1,596,367,463.60 with a duration of 129.19 days is 28.23% more effective. | en_US |
