OPTIMASI PERCEPATAN PEMBANGUNAN DENGAN PENAMBAHAN JAM KERJA
Abstract
Time and cost are very influential factors in the failure and success of a project. The success of a project is seen in the benchmark for short completion of the project at a minimal cost but not forgetting the quality of the end result of a job. There are various ways in which to produce effective and efficient projects, one of them is by comparing the duration and costs in addition to overtime hours in the implementation of construction projects. Data analysis using the Microsoft Project 2016 program with the Duration cost trade off method. The results of the Microsoft Project 2016 program are crystalline trajectories and cost increases due to the addition of working hours (overtime) while the results of the Duration cost trade off method are duration acceleration and cost increases due to the acceleration of duration in each accelerated activity.
The results of the analysis can be seen that in normal conditions the total cost is Rp. 1,510,658,380.09 with a duration of 180 days. And the results of the analysis on the 2 hours overtime condition obtained the price of Rp. 1,518,585,267.63 with a total duration of 152.25 days, which is more effective 15.42% of the normal duration, for the addition of 4 hours overtime, the price is Rp. 1,549,568,296.46 with duration of 137.40 days is 23.67% more effective than the normal duration and the addition of 6 hours overtime is the price of Rp. 1,596,367,463.60 with a duration of 129.19 days is 28.23% more effective.
