      Abstract
The main problem of SME’s is mainly on the resources they have. SME’s business groups, especially micro small ones, do not have excess resources, both in terms of human resources, institutions and promotion. In order for this micro-business to grow, there needs to be an outside drive to accelerate. Assistance activities to increase their capacity and competence are very important. The business of bamboo craft training in the tourist village of Brajan Minggir Sleman also faces the same thing. From the results of pre-survey and interviews, several problems can be identified, including: 1) unavailability of professional management human resources, 2) unavailability of curriculum and teaching materials, 3) unavailability of massive promotional media, and 4) unavailability of capable instructors. Some of the problems in this proposal were proposed, including: conducting training for tourism village administrators to become managers of professional bamboo craft training centers, organizing focus group discussions (FGD) preparation of curriculum and teaching materials, making mass media promotion more massive, training for instructors (training of trainers), and training management assistance. Through this program, outputs are obtained in the form of: professional managers, training curricula, teaching materials, interactive and massive media promotion, brochures, and the availability of capable instructors. From that outcome, through intensive management assistance, the bamboo handicraft training center in the tourist village continues and becomes its own profit center in support of the existence of tourist villages.
