| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Likuiditas, Leverage, Profitabilitas, dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia).
Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2012-2015. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 120 laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan manufaktur. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions).
Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, leverage berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan, dan kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyze the influence of Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability, and Dividend Policy on Corporate Value (Study on Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange).
Objects in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) period of 2012-2015. The sample of this study amounted to 120 annual financial statements of manufacturing companies. The analysis tool used is SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions).
Based on the analysis that has been done, the result shows that liquidity has positive significant effect to firm value, leverage has positive significant effect to company value, profitability has significant positive effect, and dividend policy has no effect on firm value. | en_US |
