PENGARUH PERCEIVED USEFULNESS, PERCEIVED EASE OF USE, M-PAYMENT EXPERIENCE DAN PERCEIVED ENJOYMENT TERHADAP PENERIMAAN PENGGUNAAN TEKNOLOGI PEMBAYARAN OVO PADA GRAB DENGAN METODE TAM
Abstract
His study aims to determine the Percieved of Usefulness Effect, Percieved Ease of Use, M-payment Experience, and Percieved enjoyment towards the Acceptance of Use of Online Transportation Technology in Yogyakarta, especially in the level of OVO Cash receipts. The subjects in this study were GRAB service users in the Yogyakarta region. The type of data in this study is the primary data type. The sample used in this study amounted to 90 respondents. The method used in determining sampling is using purposive sampling method. The technique of collecting and obtaining this research data using survey techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this study is a multiple linear analysis method.
Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results that the Percieved of Usefulness, Percieved Ease of Use, M-payment Experience, and Percieved enjoyment are obtained significantly influence the acceptance of technology use.
