| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, growth opportunity dan struktur modal terhadap kinerja keuangan. Objek penelitian adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2013-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampel yang digunakan yaitu 110 sampel atau 42 perusahaan. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program spss 23.
Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, growth opportunity berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, struktur modal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, growth opportunity and capital structure on financial performance. The object is manufacturing companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in period 2013-2016. This research using purposive sampling method as a sampling technique with the number of samples used is 110 samples or 42 companies. The data analysis technique this study using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23 program. The result of this research that managerial ownership has a significant positive influence on financial performance, institutional ownership has no significant influence on financial performance, growth opportunity has a significant positive influence on financial performance, capital structure has a significant positive influence on financial performance. | en_US |
