NARASI KEHIDUPAN MUSLIM DI AMERIKA DALAM NOVEL
Abstract
The Moon in the Sky of America, is a novel of Hanum Salsabiela Rais's hand. As a Hanum journalist worker, feeling a challenge when accepting the task of covering tragedy WTC 9/11. The purpose of this research was to find out how a novel narrated Muslim life in America in Split Moon Novels in the Sky Amerika Karya Hanum Salsabiela Rais and Rangga Almahendra. Research methodology uses a narrative analysis method that uses text in a narrative using a narrative structure approach initiated by Tzvetan Todorov. The results of the analysis show that at point (1) Facts - Farming Creating a Negative Stigma can be seen from the 5W + 1 H narrative. (2) Farming - the victim of the Negative Stigma. (3) Farming - Victims of Discrimition Give Birth to Submission and Closure. (4) Victims of Tragedy (Direct Victims) vs. Indirect Victims (Discrimination of Muslims).
