This thesis tries to explain the role of the WTO as an international trade organization with its regime relating to the trade of countries in the world on the focus of its role in resolving trade disputes between countries. The European Union and Indonesia have been collaborating in CPO since 2008 and increasing various transitions and the authors focus this time on biodiesel contracts which biodiesel is a derivative product of CPO. By using the concept of the role of international organizations by A. Le Roy Bennet which will explain the role of international organizations in resolving disputes, namely providing the arena of negotiations and the concept of global governance by Rosenau and Czempiel who will explain this concept. -the problem of globalization and certain authority between countries in the world is needed to be given in this case which WTO as an international trade organization that is active in resolving disputes
