Abstract
This study aims to examine how much influence the wage rate of Bank
Indonesia Sharia Certificate (SBIS), the rate of return on Islamic Interbank Money
Market (PUAS) and Islamic Bank Financing on the level of inflation in the short
and long term. The method used in this study is Error Correction Model (ECM)
which is applied to the wage rate of Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates (SBIS),
the rate of return on Islamic Interbank Money Market (PUAS), the amount of
Islamic Bank Financing and Inflation rates during the January 2009 period until
November 2018.In this study, 119 samples were obtained from information
published by several institutions such as Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Financial
Services Authority (OJK). The results of the ECM model show that SBIS has a
positive relationship in the short term to inflation, PUAS has a positive long-term
relationship to inflation and the amount of Islamic Bank Financing has no
relationship in the short or long term towards inflation.
