| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan komposisi medium alternative yang tepat sebagai substitusi ZPT sintetik pada multiplikasi anggrek Vanda tricolor. Penelitian ini disusun menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan faktor tunggal terdiri dari 5 ulangan dan setiap ulangan terdiri dari 3 sampel. Perlakuan yang diujikan adalah NDM + TDZ 0,5 ml/L, NDM + Air Kelapa 150 ml/L, NDM + Air Kelapa 150 ml/L + Ekstrak Pisang 150 g/L dan NDM + Air Kelapa 150 ml/L + Ekstrak Tomat 150 ml/L. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan NDM + air kelapa 150 ml + ekstrak pisang 150 g/L dapat menggantikan peran zat pengatur tumbuh sintetik (Thidiazuron) dalam multiplikasi anggrek Vanda tricolor pada parameter waktu muncul tunas, jumlah tunas dan jumlah daun. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The research aims to obtain alternative medium variations as a substitute for synthetic plant growth regulators. This study was compiled using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a single factor consisting of 5 replications and 3 samples. The treatments tested were NDM + TDZ 0,5 ml/L, NDM + 150 ml / L Coconut Water, NDM + 150 ml Coconut Water / L + banana extract 150 g / L and NDM + Coconut Water 150 ml/L + Tomato Extract 150 ml / L. The results showed that the study of NDM + coconut water 150 ml + banana extract 150 g/L could support the role of synthetic plant growth regulators (Thidiazuron) in multiplication of Vanda tricolor orchids on parameters of shoot time, number of shoots and number of leaves. | en_US |
