The research aims to obtain alternative medium variations as a substitute for synthetic plant growth regulators. This study was compiled using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a single factor consisting of 5 replications and 3 samples. The treatments tested were NDM + TDZ 0,5 ml/L, NDM + 150 ml / L Coconut Water, NDM + 150 ml Coconut Water / L + banana extract 150 g / L and NDM + Coconut Water 150 ml/L + Tomato Extract 150 ml / L. The results showed that the study of NDM + coconut water 150 ml + banana extract 150 g/L could support the role of synthetic plant growth regulators (Thidiazuron) in multiplication of Vanda tricolor orchids on parameters of shoot time, number of shoots and number of leaves.
