HUBUNGAN BUDAYA ORGANISASIONAL, KEEFEKTIFAN ORGANISASIONAL DAN KEPEMIMPINAN: TELAAH PERSPEKTIF UNTUK RISET
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to arrange a main construct within three important constructs that often become an important topic in organization theory. Those are organizational culture, organizational effectiveness, and leadership. We often face problem of with the variety of definition of those three constructs in which then create difficulty in the measurement of research method that also closely relate to complexities of that construct.
