PENGARUH MOBILISASI DINI TERHADAP SKALA NYERI PASIEN POST PEMBEDAHAN DI PKU MUHAMMADIYAH GAMPING
Abstract
Background: Surgery is any form of healing action that uses invasion techniques with the aim of repairing the problematic part of the body. It is known that every surgical procedure performed on someone can bring up some common problems. For example pain, malnutrition, wound dehiscence, and post surgical ileus in patients. Pain is one of the most common complaints in patients after experiencing a surgical procedure. Nurses need to carry out post-surgical care early to prevent further problems from occurring. Post-surgical care that can be done is early mobilization. Objective: This study was to determine the effect of early mobilization on the pain scale of post surgical patients in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Gamping. Method: This research is pre-experimental research using a static group comparative research. The subjects of this study were 20 subjects as the intervention group and 20 control subjects. So, the total subjects in this study were 40. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, which is the sample chosen was considered to be able to represent the characteristics of the entire population, namely post surgery patients with regional anesthesia. Data analysis in this study used a Mann-Whitney because this research was conducted in a certain period of time. Results: This study indicate that it is known that the p-value in the Mann-Whitney statistical test is 0,001 (<0.05), there is an effect of early mobilization on the pain scale in post-surgical patients at PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. Followed by the results of the mean pain scale of the intervention group patients were 1.20 and the control group patients were 3.10, Conclusion: There were differences in the pain scale of patients in the intervention group and the control group.
